Our vinyl single-hung window features a welded frame and sash construction for durability. They include a covered block and tackle balance system, a sloped sill frame with a wider brick mould style exterior, and a built-in J-channel for vinyl siding. The design also incorporates a 1-1/4″ prepunched nailing fin and a tilt-in sash for easy cleaning. The standard glass is a 5/8″ insulated unit, and 13/16″ internal grids or 1/1 lites are available. Our products are Energy Star, NFRC, NAMI, and Florida Building Code certified.
These windows are factory-assembled with multiple units, continuous head and sill, and optional jamb extensions. They feature a 3-1/4″ frame depth, and a removable meeting rail. Comfort View Products uses premium vinyl extrusions with permanent finishes to prevent rotting, corrosion, or peeling. Air pockets in the frame improve insulation and energy efficiency.
