Our vinyl single-hung windows feature welded frame and sash construction for lasting durability and dependable performance. Each window includes a covered block-and-tackle balance system, a sloped sill, a wider brick mould-style exterior, and a built-in J-channel designed to accept vinyl siding. A 1-1/4″ prepunched nailing fin helps simplify installation, while the tilt-in sash provides convenient access for cleaning.
Standard glass construction includes a 5/8″ insulated glass unit, with available 13/16″ internal grids or 1/1 lite configurations. Select configurations are available with LoĒ³-366® glass and argon gas for enhanced thermal performance. PHOS Openings uses premium vinyl extrusions with permanent finishes designed to resist rotting, corrosion, peeling, and maintenance-related deterioration. Internal air chambers within the frame further contribute to insulation and energy efficiency.
Multiple-unit configurations are factory assembled where applicable and may feature continuous head and sill construction. Optional jamb extensions are also available. The window system features a 3-1/4″ frame depth and removable meeting rail.
